Does Castle House take credit card?
Yes! We take all credit
cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover& AMX.
Where do I park?
Castle House has FREE convenient off-street
parking in the garage behind the store. Great for Moms traveling
with small children!
What is your return policy?
Our guarantee: Castle House guarantees our merchandise to
be free of manufacturing defects and will gladly accept any
item for refund or exchange.
Castle House will gladly exchange or replace or credit your
purchase within 30 days when it is presented to us in saleable
condition with tags attached.
Merchandise presented after 30 days will be credited based
upon the current selling price. Proof of purchase is required.
All special orders and monogrammed merchandise are final
sale.
All sale items, unless noted in ads are returnable for store
credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
We will credit at current markdown price no refunds will be
given.
What sizes do
you carry?
We carry Infants to girl’s size 16 and boys to size
22 along with shoes to fit these size ranges.
Do you have gift certificates?
We issue gift certificates for any amount. Our gift certificates
expire 2 years from date of purchase. Certificates for returned
merchandise expire 1 year form the date of return.
What are your shipping terms?
We ship via UPS. If you need it shipped over night or 2nd day
air, you will be charged based upon your zip and weight of
package. It will be billed to your account.
Shipping Prices:
We charge a flat fee of $7 for ALL SHIPPING!
How do I mail a return item back to Castle House?
Should you wish to return or exchange any items to Castle House,
please follow these steps:
- Please fill out the easy returns/exchanges form included
in your shipment. Be sure it includes all relevant information
especially if you are returning merchandise for an exchange.
- If you cannot include the Easy Returns/Exchanges form, please
supply the following informant ion:
- Full Name address, phone, e-mail.
- Item being returned (item description, quantity, size,
color, price)
- If exchanging, please include the information of the
item exchanging for (item descript ion, qty, size,
price)
- Please mail your return to: Castle House Service Center,
3435 Edwards Road, Cincinnati, 45208
- Please include you original receipt with all returns/exchanges.
- All items must be in unused condition with original tags
still attached to insure a full credit.
- Pack the items in the original shipping materials.
- Affix the supply returned label over the original mail label
and seal the shipment.
- All return shipping charges must be pre-paid.
- You will receive a notification in the mail or e-mail once
your return has been received and processed.
